Job summary

EIG Services LLC is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our on-site HR team in Monroeville, PA. The role provides administrative support, answers employee and candidate inquiries, maintains files, and performs HRIS data entry to ensure accurate records throughout the employee lifecycle.

As part of the HR department, you will help administer company policies, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations including WPCL and PHRA.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, admin support, or office coordination (non-profit preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Strong communication and ability to handle confidential information diplomatically.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail for high-volume records.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site administrative support to the HR department.
• Answer employee and candidate inquiries and maintain files.
• Enter data into HRIS for new hires, status changes, and separations.
• Ensure compliance with PA and federal regulations and maintain policies.
