Job summary

Pengate Handling Systems is seeking an HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team in Chalfont, PA. This role offers exposure to onboarding, employee records, benefits support, and employee engagement initiatives.

You will partner with the HR team to handle employee lifecycle tasks, respond to day-to-day HR inquiries, assist with training, and help maintain HR processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR administration, employee support, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Support employees throughout the lifecycle, respond to HR questions, coordinate HR processes, maintain records, support onboarding and leave administration, and assist engagement initiatives.
• Assist with leave management, documentation, and procedures; coordinate HR projects and process improvements.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
