Job summary

Vireo Systems, Inc. is seeking an on-site HR Coordinator to support our Nebraska operations.

The role partners with the Senior HR Director in Nashville and the Plant Manager to drive HR initiatives, recruit, onboard, and foster a high-performing culture on-site. You will manage employee records, assist with payroll-related activities, and help develop our local employer brand through online content and social media in Nebraska.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR experience in an HR generalist, coordinator, or similar role.
• Experience supporting employees and managers in an on-site work environment; manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HR practices, employee relations principles, and applicable employment regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with employees, plant leadership, and a geographically dispersed Corporate HR team.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for recruiting and employer branding.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site HR resource for the Nebraska facility, providing responsive and professional support to employees and plant leadership.
• Coordinate with Senior HR Director on HR priorities and company-wide initiatives.
• Support recruiting activities and onboarding to provide a positive employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll-related tasks and timekeeping support as needed.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Develop content for Nebraska's online and social media presence for recruiting and branding.
