Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, and two years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Research unemployment hearings and attend related appeal hearings.
• Manage the FMLA cycle with timely time tracking notices and approvals.
• Provide monthly unemployment reports to the CHRO.
• Field calls from clients and employees with HR issues.
• Respond to emails promptly and support CHRO with HR projects.
• Assist CHRO with employee relations issues and investigations.
• Review termination notices and flag questionable terminations.
