Job summary

Focus Physiotherapy in Huntsville, AL is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to support a people-first workplace onsite. This full-time role focuses on HR operations, employee relations, compliance, recruiting, and onboarding.

You will help maintain fair HR practices, manage records and benefits, and assist in training, performance management, and development plans. SHRM-CP certification required within 18 months; hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 2 years of HR experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP certification required within 18 months of employment.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee records, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, interviews, and hiring processes.
• Oversee onboarding to support a smooth transition for new employees.
