Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Grand Rapids, MI, for a Human Resources Coordinator. The successful candidate will oversee and execute HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and benefits administration. Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance with employment regulations, managing employee documentation, conducting training sessions, and providing support for HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture and operational efficiency.
