Precision Fluid Controls, Inc. in Lincoln, CA is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with the HR Manager and deploy people strategies to retain talent and guide managers on HR policies.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and confidentiality, reporting to the HR Manager. This on-site role requires 2+ years HR experience and a collaborative, fast-paced mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of human resources experience.
• Demonstrated success at building effective relationships.
• Ability to lead with a positive attitude and approach challenges head-on.
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATSs and other HR Software.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use independent judgment to make decisions and prioritize work.

Responsabilités

• Maintain employee files and process HR transactions.
• Respond to inquiries and provide guidance on employee relations issues and performance management.
• Own HR efforts in recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, and benefits.
• Counsel employees and managers guided by policies and laws.
• Oversee promotions, conduct exit interviews, and identify retention trends.
• Assist with creation and implementation of HR policies and processes.
• Uphold strict confidentiality across matters and documents.
