Precision Castparts in San Leandro, CA seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions across employee relations, talent acquisition, and development. The role partners with Environmental, Safety, and Health teams to support safety programs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of benefits, compensation, and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Plant Managers to align HR initiatives with business requirements.
• Develop HR team capabilities to strengthen talent bench and readiness.
• Lead or facilitate conflict management, provide training, and investigations.
• Develop talent within the plant and coach management on effective leadership.
• Drive Continuous Improvement in performance management and policy compliance.
• Promote positive culture, employee relations, and constructive labor relations.
• Support culture change and assist in updating policies to comply with employment laws.
• Participate in management development programs and training scheduling.
