Job summary

Precision Fluid Controls, Inc. in Lincoln, California, is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with the HR Manager and drive people strategies. This on-site role reports to the Manager, Human Resources and focuses on talent retention, policy guidance, and enabling a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You’ll manage benefits, recruitment, employee relations, and HR reporting while staying current on benefits programs and HR technologies. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in benefits and/or learning & development.
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration and vendor management.
• Ability to influence others and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint/Canva or similar tools.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning & Development initiatives and design training programs.
• Develop and curate learning resources and materials.
• Stay current on L&D trends and AI-powered platforms.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing and onboarding.
• Administer benefits programs and coordinate with vendors.
• Evaluate benefits vendors and cost controls.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and HR policies.
• Maintain accurate HR reporting and data.
