Job summary

Clearbrook Holdings Inc. seeks an HR Business Partner to align talent with business strategy and ensure regulatory compliance across locations. This 100% on-site role supports Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Performance programs while partnering with leadership and Shared Services.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of progressive HR experience, strong communication, and the ability to navigate change in a fast-paced environment. On-site presence in Omaha is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience with core HR disciplines.
• Strong business acumen, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of US employment law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR partner to US business heads, aligning talent with strategy.
• Support Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Performance, Training and Development.
• Manage employee relations, onboarding and HR administration.
• Provide guidance on change and growth, and organizational structure.
• Partner with Centers of Expertise and Shared Services to enable effective collaboration.
