KLA Industries, Inc. seeks an on-site HR Business Partner to lead HR at a Pittsburgh-region plant in Oakmont, PA.

You will partner with plant management and work closely with hourly and salaried staff to align people programs with production goals. In this role you will serve as the principal HR contact for ~80 employees, coach leaders through employee relations and performance conversations, and collaborate with corporate HR on union grievances and labor relations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in HR within manufacturing or warehousing.
• Union environment experience preferred; strong candidates without it who show they can pick it up will be considered.
• Able to handle sensitive employee matters independently and judge when escalation is warranted.
• Local candidates only; relocation is not offered.

Aufgaben

• Act as the single point of HR contact for a plant of roughly 80 employees.
• Coach plant leaders through employee relations issues, performance conversations, and conflict.
• Work alongside corporate HR on union grievances and labor relations.
• Drive site-level recruiting, onboarding, and retention.
• Keep the site in line with employment law and company policy.
• Stay visible on the production floor so employees know who to come to.
• Help roll out HR systems and process improvements.
• Report site trends and concerns up to HR leadership.
