Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of substantial Human Resources experience.
• Experience in HR business partnership, employee relations, performance management, and leadership coaching.
• Experience supporting operations-facing, field-based or blue-collar environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR resource for on-site leaders, managers, and employees.
• Advise management on employee relations, workplace conflicts, performance matters, and policies.
