Position: Human Resources Business Partner (Bilingual Spanish)

Location: Greencastle, PA

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $88,000–$95,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the primary HR partner supporting a manufacturing operation. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role responsible for partnering with plant leadership to drive employee relations, workforce engagement, change management, talent initiatives, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite HR partner for plant leadership and employees.
• Lead employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes.
• Coach managers on performance management, employee development, discipline, and terminations.
• Support organizational changes and lead change management initiatives.
• Partner with leadership on recruiting, onboarding, training, and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Maintain HRIS data and support HR processes utilizing Workday.
• Foster employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong background in Employee Relations, including investigations and corrective actions.
• Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives.
• Previous HR experience supporting a manufacturing, industrial, plant, distribution, or similar operational environment.
• Experience coaching leaders on performance management and employee issues.
• Proficiency with Workday HRIS.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday.
