The Addison Group, Wilbraham, MA, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support a large multi-site workforce. You will advise operational leaders on HR strategy and day-to-day issues, focusing on employee relations, leave administration, and compliance.

Travel 50-75% regionally; vehicle stipend provided. Onsite role with opportunity to influence HR strategy and risk mitigation across locations. Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong HRIS and Workday experience.

Competenze

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP or similar strategic role.
• Experience supporting leaders in mid-sized or large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits, leave administration, performance management, and employment law.

Mansioni

• Partner with managers to address employee relations matters and workplace concerns.
• Guide on performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.
• Support leave administration processes including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other programs.
• Conduct workplace investigations and recommend resolutions.
• Coach leaders on employment law compliance and engagement strategies.
• Respond to inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and HR programs.
• Assist with succession planning and workforce planning initiatives.
• Monitor compliance standards and support audit readiness.
