Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Certified and Licensed by the state for Community Association Management (CAM).
• 5+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel.
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service is delivered and Board expectations are met.
• Maintain knowledge of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential; ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Initiate contact with new residents.
• Conduct site inspections; identify deficiencies and propose improvements.
• Oversee all construction projects and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Create and upload information to our portal (work orders, meeting minutes, Monthly Management Report).
• Interview, hire, train and schedule staff; ensure coverage and aid in problem resolution.
