Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a General Manager to lead the on-site operation and coordinate with Regional Directors and the Board to deliver projects and quality service across the property. You will manage a diverse team, oversee construction and maintenance, handle budgeting and financials, ensure contract compliance, and maintain strong relationships with residents and boards.

Florida CAM certification and a proven background in property operations are required, with a schedule

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction.
• Certified and licensed by the State of Florida for CAM.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Oversee construction projects and ensure maintenance within budget.
• Interview, hire, train and schedule staff; ensure coverage.
• Manage association accounting, invoicing, budgets, and delinquency monitoring.
