Job summary

American Hearing Care in Florence, AL is seeking a Patient Outreach & Scheduling Specialist to handle a high-volume mix of outbound and inbound calls and schedule appointments across Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

You will build patient rapport, guide scheduling to the appropriate clinic, document activities in company systems, and work toward appointment and conversion goals while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Outbound calling and appointment setting experience.
• Experience in call center operations or customer service.
• Familiarity with insurance concepts helpful.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to prospective, existing, and former patients to schedule appointments.
• Receive inbound calls and coordinate events and scheduling tasks.
• Act as first point of contact via multiple channels (email, website inquiries, mail).
