The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in a professional environment, supporting end users, maintaining network and server systems, and ensuring secure and reliable IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Active Directory.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and client systems.
• Monitor system performance, perform routine backups, and maintain antivirus/security updates.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Support deployment and maintenance of electronic health record (EHR) and related healthcare applications.
• Coordinate with remote IT teams for system updates, patching, and troubleshooting escalations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, inventory, and activity logs.
• Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards (HIPAA, federal IT policies) when handling user or system data.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and network fundamentals.
• Experience supporting end users in a structured or regulated environment.
• Prefer experience supporting EHR systems such as RPMS, VistA, or similar healthcare platforms.
