Job summary

Santa Rosa Community Health is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Technician to support day-to-day technology issues for SRCH staff. The role involves on-site assistance with desktops, software, and hardware to optimize IT systems and services for clinicians and staff.

Qualifications

Associates degree, IT certifications, or equivalent experience.
Valid California driver's license, proof of insurability, transportation between clinic locations as required.
Two plus years of desktop support in Windows environment preferred; healthcare experience a plus; experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365 a plus; Active Directory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up workstations with computers and peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.).
Check computer hardware to ensure functionality.
Install and configure software and functions according to specifications.
Provide orientation and guidance to users on operating new software and equipment.
Troubleshoot to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts).
Set up/remove user accounts on systems (network, email, phone, security).
Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues.
Track and update IT inventory.
Provide detailed documentation of repairs and maintenance.
