Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an HCM Business Consultant to drive new business in a designated territory. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale implementation, negotiating terms and finalizing client service agreements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• At least two years of sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn others.
• Valid driver's license for regular travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of service with prospective clients.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with clients during implementation.
• Travel domestically as required for client interactions and trainings.
