Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an HCM Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and negotiate terms with prospective clients. This on-site role requires travel to client sites and strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.

You will own the sales pipeline, use CRM tools to track activities, and collaborate with teams to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within designated territory.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of service with clients.
• Prepare and present executive summaries for client meetings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet client needs.
