Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an HCM Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated leads. You will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to implementation, negotiate pricing and finalise client service terms, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline to hit targets.

The role requires proactive prospecting, frequent client meetings, cross-functional collaboration, and regular travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• At least two years' sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales quotas.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within designated territory.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of service with prospective clients; finalize terms of service.
• Conduct regular client meetings during implementation and post-sale; travel as required.
• Provide training and coaching to team members; complete administrative tasks on time.
