Job summary

JLL is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver an exceptional client experience at our New York site. You will manage access, support events, and coordinate with service partners to ensure seamless, hospitality-driven service.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a passion for service in a fast-paced environment. Join JLL's Experience Services team and help create value for clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations or related field preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a hospitality focus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; eager to work with diverse teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience daily through proactive engagement and high-touch service.
• Maintain and manage access programs (temporary badges, building access) and lost & found processes.
• Coordinate with conference services and admins for site events and meetings.
• Escalate issues with building services (janitorial, mailroom, facilities, parking, etc.) and submit work orders.
• Collaborate with other service lines to enhance overall client service and engagement.
• Support projects that increase engagement, productivity, and value for clients and JLL.
