• Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).

Responsibilities

• Handle programs for badges, access cards, lost & found, luggage storage, and space inspections.
• Coordinate site events with conference services and admins.
• Escalate issues with building services (janitorial, mailroom, facilities, parking, etc.).
• Submit work orders through approved channels.
• Collaborate with other service lines to improve service.
• Support engagement projects to boost productivity and client value.
• Perform any additional duties as needed.
