Job summary

Caesars Entertainment's Columbus property is seeking a Host Ambassador to manage the customer journey on-site, coordinating with Executive Host Team for pre- and post-trip planning and delivering personalized service.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs, resolve issues, and promote loyalty in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in Marketing, Customer Service or related field.
• Ability to manage time and multitask.
• Proficient with customer Point-of-Service systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer journey on the property and coordinate with Executive Host Team.
• Identify and resolve service failures to improve loyalty and guest return.
• Anticipate needs and coordinate transportation or accommodation as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver high-end service.
• Maintain professional conduct and uphold company policies.
