KeHE Distributors, an employee-owned distributor of natural and organic, specialty, and fresh products, is seeking an Account Manager to design and execute sales and marketing programs for the Retail Company account, leveraging vendor relationships and KeHE sales support to grow profitable sales.

This on-site role is based in Modesto, CA, requiring a 4-year business degree and at least five years in grocery account sales, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Business.
• Minimum five years' experience in sales of grocery products to chain accounts.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsabilités

• Increase sales at the account through analytical and fact-based selling.
• Develop promotional plans and manage through to profitable execution.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up to convert them.
• Coordinate activities among vendors, KeHE reps, and Retail Company personnel.
• Monitor competitor activities and propose actions to address them.
• Travel up to 25% and work flexible hours.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
