KeHE Distributors is seeking a Senior Account Manager to design and execute sales programs for key retail accounts. Build relationships with customers, vendors, brokers, and cross-functional teams to drive profitable sales and expanded partnerships.

The role requires 5+ years in the grocery channel, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and occasional travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum five years' experience in the grocery channel.
• Three years in a supervisory or management role.
• Ability to deliver multi-mode verbal and written communications.
• Able to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute sales and marketing programs for key retail accounts.
• Build and leverage relationships with customers, vendors, broker partners and cross-functional teams.
• Increase sales through analytical, fact-based selling and promotional plans.
• Manage budgets for assigned customers.
• Monitor competitor activities and strategize responses.
• Collaborate with KeHE functional areas to meet objectives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies in the sales area.
