Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking an Account Manager to design and execute sales and marketing programs for Natural, Specialty, Organic and Fresh categories for a Retail Company account. You will leverage relationships with Retail Category Managers, Suppliers, and KeHE Cross-Functional teams to hit budget goals and drive profitable sales.

The role focuses on building partnerships, analyzing data, and delivering category leadership while acting in alignment with KeHE's Mission, Vision and Values.

Qualifications

• Degree in business preferred with 5+ years in CPG, retail, or supply chain.
• 3 years in an account management role with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication adaptable to audiences.
• Ability to manage priorities and develop implementation plans.
• Proven initiative, integrity, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic merchandising and marketing plans with category managers.
• Drive sales growth through data-driven selling and promotions.
• Develop and execute account-specific sales plans and opportunities.
• Build relationships with suppliers and brokers to boost activity.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to meet budgets.
• Travel up to 25% and flexible hours as needed.
