Job summary

Long Wave Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Proposal Coordinator to support the full proposal lifecycle for government and commercial contracts within the TIMS Business Unit.

You will work under the Business Development Manager to ensure compliant, timely submissions and post-award deliverable management, collaborating with estimators, project managers, and leadership. The role requires strong organizational and program-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, Program Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting proposals or program coordination in government contracting.
• Familiarity with FAR-based solicitations and federal acquisition processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe; scheduling tools preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals from kickoff through submission.
• Develop and manage schedules, deadlines, and action items.
• Review RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, solicitations and PWS documents for requirements and compliance.
• Build and maintain compliance matrices.
• Assemble, format, and finalize proposal volumes and manage version control.
