Job summary

Ascension Federal Services, Inc. is seeking candidates to provide on-site GEOINT IT support in Republic of Korea, connecting local users with the enterprise support team.

Responsibilities include on-site break/fix, advanced troubleshooting, and training users, with emphasis on secure configurations and incident tracking. TS/SCI assignment requires top-secret clearance and compliance with visa/SOFA requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in user and field support.
• Required certifications: ITIL Foundation and CompTIA Security+.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent on-site break/fix and advanced troubleshooting for GEOINT workstations and applications.
• Resolve SOCET GXP, operating-system, hardware, and local connectivity issues; coordinate with the Fort Gordon helpdesk.
• Maintain secure system configurations, equipment accountability, and detailed incident and repair records.
• Install and test equipment and software, coordinate vendor repairs, and train users.
• Evaluate upgrades and workflow improvements; guide support personnel on complex technical problems.
