Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide independent on-site break/fix and advanced troubleshooting for GEOINT workstations and applications.
• Resolve SOCET GXP, OS, hardware, and local connectivity issues; coordinate with the Fort Gordon helpdesk.
• Maintain secure system configurations, equipment accountability, and detailed incident and repair records.
• Install and test equipment and software, coordinate vendor repairs, and train users.
• Evaluate upgrades and workflow improvements; guide support personnel on complex technical problems.
