Ascension Federal Services, Inc. (AFS) seeks an experienced GEOINT IT support specialist to provide on-site support for SMDC in Colorado Springs, CO.

Responsibilities include independent on-site break/fix, troubleshooting for GEOINT workstations and applications, and coordinating with the enterprise support team to resolve SOCET GXP and connectivity issues. A TS/SCI clearance is required, with ITIL and CompTIA Security+ certifications preferred.

Formación

• 10+ years in user and field support; able to work independently on advanced user problems.
• ITIL Foundation and CompTIA Security+ certifications.
• Final Top Secret clearance required; TS/SCI mission; SCI access per customer rules.
• On-site assignment with potential travel; shift/weekend/on-call may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent on-site break/fix and advanced troubleshooting for GEOINT workstations and applications.
• Resolve SOCET GXP, OS, hardware, and local connectivity issues; coordinate with Fort Gordon helpdesk.
• Maintain secure system configurations, equipment accountability, and incident/repair records.
• Install/test equipment and software; coordinate vendor repairs and user training.
• Evaluate upgrades and workflow improvements; guide support personnel on complex problems.
