Job summary

Ascension Federal Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced GEOINT IT support specialist to provide on-site assistance for a sensitive mission in Colorado Springs, CO.

You will troubleshoot GEOINT workstations, software, and local connectivity, partnering with the enterprise support team. The role requires a TS/SCI security clearance and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; ITIL Foundation and CompTIA Security+ are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in user and field support; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive hands-on support experience and the ability to work independently on advanced user problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent on-site break/fix and advanced troubleshooting for GEOINT workstations and applications.
• Resolve SOCET GXP, operating-system, hardware, and local connectivity issues; coordinate with the Fort Gordon helpdesk.
• Maintain secure system configurations, equipment accountability, and detailed incident and repair records.
• Install and test equipment and software, coordinate vendor repairs, and train users.
• Evaluate upgrades and workflow improvements; guide support personnel on complex technical problems.
