This role requires strong customer service, solid computer skills, and a basic understanding of banking concepts. You will verify information, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating

Responsibilities

• Assist members with account inquiries and opening/maintaining accounts.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Explain credit union products and services to members.
• Answer phone calls and respond to in-person questions professionally.
• Verify member information, maintain records, and use computer systems to complete tasks.
• Uphold compliance with policies and regulatory requirements; escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support branch goals and deliver high-quality service.
