Job summary

First Advantage is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our Fishers, IN vehicle team. This on-site role involves handling documentation for fleet renewals, titles, registrations and licensing, and coordinating with multiple agencies to ensure timely processing.

The OS will document customer transactions, validate requests, request missing information, and update systems with registrations and plate details. Weekly reports on missing documents will be prepared for monthly renewals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior related work experience required; transportation industry experience preferred.
• Strong computer navigation and multitasking across systems; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document inbound tasks in the RoadReady system and route to appropriate teams.
• Update TFMS with vehicle/location data as provided.
• Provide recurring reports to customers on required documents.
• Create ad hoc task folders, aid with citation management and title audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
