Job summary

Element Fleet Management in Warrendale, PA seeks a detail-oriented Fleet Specialist, Associate Fleet Manager to manage day-to-day client fleet programs. You will execute operational tasks, manage data, communicate with suppliers, and support administrative processes to enable the Fleet Manager to focus on strategy.

You will assist in reporting, inventory control, and service coordination, contributing to exceptional client service and continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in client success, fleet operations support, or logistics coordination in a B2B setting.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct fleet management experience.
• CAF S certification required or to be obtained within 12–18 months of hire.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with quality and responsiveness.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication across internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support the Fleet Manager with day-to-day operational activities, including vehicle ordering and disposition, compliance, and reporting.
• Contribute to strategic projects, research, coordination, and execution support within the client team.
• Maintain accurate inventory of vehicles, titles, and client fleet assets.
• Prepare and deliver scheduled and ad hoc fleet performance and utilization reports.
• Act as liaison between Element teams and client contacts for timely service resolutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure consistent service delivery and issue resolution.
• Identify process improvements and share recommendations with the Fleet Manager.
• Contribute to high client satisfaction with proactive fleet operations support.
• Support FPS team initiatives and internal process improvements as capacity allows.
