Job summary
Quadient is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and upgrade mailroom, software, and locker equipment at customer sites. Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.1-2 years in electrical/mechanical installation and repair.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience and strong communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose, repair equipment, and work independently.
- Willingness to travel up to 100% to customer sites and lift up to 55 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, or upgrade equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and offer recommendations.
- Provide training on product operation and maintenance.
- Maintain stock of replacement parts and document issues for escalation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and propose additional products or services.
