Qualifications

• Background check, drug test, and clean driving record.
• Able to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic troubleshooting of computer software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned service calls at lottery retailer locations (installs, removals, maintenance, and service).
• Provide positive customer experience with technical and service skills.
• Explain service value and match products to customer needs.
• Perform field repair including installs and terminal removals with minimal supervision.
• Manage company vehicles per guidelines and maintain logs.
• Collaborate with Data Center to ensure timely retail location support.
• Record service call data and communicate issues to management.
• Follow up on customer issues needing additional support.
• Troubleshoot communications within a retail location.
• Maintain routine vehicle maintenance and driving record.
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Resolve customer challenges promptly and effectively.
• Provide training to new and existing customers.
• Average six to ten detailed activities per day; adjust to locale.
