Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician II for Rapid City, SD, on-site. The role is a part-time, 20 hours/week position with potential future growth and ASAP interviews.

Primary duties include field service break/fix work on laptops, desktops, POS devices, and printers for various customers. CompTIA A+ is a nice-to-have, with a typical requirement of 1–2 years of experience and a willingness to travel limited miles daily.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of field service experience required (3-5 years preferred).
• Break/fix skills on laptops, desktops, POS devices and printers.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and peripherals.
• Documents, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports user accounts, rights, security and groups; trains employees and repairs product failures.
