Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and a few years in IT field tech are required.
• CompTia A+, Printer +, Network + are nice to have but not required.
• Able to travel to multiple customer sites and perform break-fix repairs.

Responsibilities

• Repair laptops, laser printers, POS equipment on-site at customer locations.
• Drive to various sites with reliable transportation; perform replacements as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle different severity levels including 24/7 on-call.
