Job summary

Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver hands-on IT support for a national retail client. The role requires independent work, strong customer service, and precise documentation of issues and resolutions.

You will travel daily in a company vehicle, perform hardware repairs, and handle areas such as POS, printers, and networking across multiple store locations. A valid driver’s license and CompTIA A+ are required.

Qualifications

• One year of field service or IT technical support experience.
• CompTIA A+ certification is required.
• Driver's license is required.
• Hardware: minimum one year experience with computer hardware.
• Networking: one year experience (preferred).
• Cash recycler repair experience is highly preferred.
• Net+ certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for national home improvement retail client.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in the field.
• Install, document, and close service tickets daily.
• Travel to customer locations using company vehicle.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and leadership.
