Zusammenfassung

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Field Superintendent of Construction to oversee on-site activities from concept to completion at a Kentucky project. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage daily production, and ensure safety and quality in line with contract documents.

The role requires a minimum of five years of multi-family construction experience, strong communication and planning skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction of multi-family projects.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; strong communication and planning skills.
• Driver's license required; OSHA 10/30 training a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities from conception to completion.
• Lead and communicate with subcontractors, labor, materials and equipment.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Assist Project Superintendent with schedule updates, procurement and progress reports.
• Write and execute punch lists and verify completion.
