NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Field Superintendent of Construction to lead on-site activities for multi-family projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, monitor quality, and enforce safety protocols at a on-site location, reporting to the Project Superintendent.

A strong background in site work and utility infrastructure is required. The role requires at least 5 years of construction leadership, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school, with diploma.
• Education in the construction related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects with stable employment history and proven track record.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Effective oral communication and writing skills.
• Driver’s License Required: Yes

Responsabilités

• Assist in coordinating and supervising on-site construction activities from conception to completion.
• Manage daily production schedules and field documentation.
• Schedule subcontractors and materials; maintain punch lists and field notes.
• Ensure quality control; enforce safety protocols.
• Coordinate with municipalities, utility providers and inspectors for site work and inspections.
• Maintain field office, records, and communication with project team.
