Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot alcohol monitoring and vehicle electronic devices on-site in Wilmington, NC. The role combines technical installation with customer service and training, with a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a customer-facing role, familiarity with 12-volt DC systems, wiring, diagnostics, and device programming. A valid driver's license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Training provided to ensure success and growth.
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and remove alcohol monitoring and vehicle electronic devices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Conduct customer training sessions and provide phone support to ensure satisfaction.
• Make daily or weekly reminder calls to customers with upcoming appointments.
• Perform monthly inventory audits and assist nearby facilities as needed.
• Manage weekly work hours and communicate effectively with management.
