Smart Start, Inc. seeks a Service Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot alcohol monitoring and vehicle electronic systems. You will train customers, provide phone support, and manage service schedules while maintaining safety and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and remove alcohol monitoring and vehicle electronic devices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work environment.
• Conduct customer training sessions and provide phone support to ensure satisfaction.
• Make daily or weekly reminder calls to customers with upcoming appointments.
• Perform monthly inventory audits and assist nearby facilities as needed.
• Manage weekly work hours (≤ 40 hours/week) and communicate with management.
• Uphold confidentiality, data security, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform additional duties including vehicle-to-vehicle transfers.
