Responsibilities include installation, service, training sessions, and coordinating with management. Candidates should have at least 1 year in a customer-facing role and be willing to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with demonstrated technical aptitude.
• Strong customer-facing experience and ability to train customers.
• Familiarity with 12-volt DC automotive/electronic installations and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and remove alcohol monitoring and vehicle electronic devices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Conduct customer training sessions and provide phone support to ensure satisfaction.
• Make daily or weekly reminder calls to customers with upcoming appointments.
• Perform monthly inventory audits and assist nearby facilities as needed.
• Manage weekly work hours (≤ 40 hours/week) and communicate with management.
• Uphold confidentiality, data security, and compliance with regulations.
• Perform additional duties including vehicle-to-vehicle transfers.
