Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician I to perform on-site maintenance and service for Canon-supported products in the US-WA region. The role involves travel to customer sites, data collection, and adherence to Service and Parts Standards.

Expect to report to a manager, maintain technical information, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This position offers full-time, on-site work with a transportation allowance and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to travel with valid drivers license.
• Must lift 50 pounds and stay active >50% of the time.
• Must obtain security/clearances as required by customers.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with proper documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive field/shop/on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain all Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
• Contribute to meeting branch/district metric targets.
