Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician in Tukwila, WA to perform on-site maintenance and deliver excellent service for Canon-supported products. You will report product issues, maintain documentation, and ensure customer satisfaction during service events.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to travel with a valid driver's license, lifting up to 50 pounds, and completion of the PDIF/NH class. Transportation allowance is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to travel with valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to obtain required security/clearances.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.
• Complete 120‑day introductory period and PDIF new-hire class.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate field/shop/on-site maintenance.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Exhibit strong customer communication and satisfaction.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines and support branch targets.
