The technician will travel as needed and support field teams to ensure reliable operation. The position requires a high school diploma, basic IT understanding, and the ability to obtain necessary security clearances.

Qualifikationen

• Hold a High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time.

Aufgaben

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive field/shop/on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain all Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines.
• Contribute to branch/district metric targets.
