Job summary

NRT Technology Corp. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair payment kiosks, ATMs, and related gaming tech at client sites in Bristol, VA.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose hardware and software issues, replace components, and document service activities while keeping logs and communicating with customers and internal teams. Travel locally and assist after-hours calls to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and mechanical skills including computer hardware and basic networking.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to analyze issues and implement repairs.
• Customer service and communication skills to explain tech info clearly.
• Time management and organizational skills for prioritizing service calls and travel.
• Experience in ATM, kiosk, or gaming tech; familiarity with payment systems or POS devices.
• Basic understanding of AML and compliance environments.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bristol, VA with local travel.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift/move equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair NRT payment kiosks, ATMs, and related gaming/fintech equipment at customer sites.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and diagnose hardware/software issues.
• Replace components and ensure equipment operates safely and reliably.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate logs; communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Travel locally to client sites as needed; support after-hours or weekend service to minimize downtime.
